Monthly breathwork Journey is a co-created space for community, healing and connection.

Join us to co create a sacred container of expansion, set soul guided intentions, and breathe into the parts of yourself that have remained untouched and unseen. In this group breathwork experience you can shed unwanted layers and free yourself of anything that’s holding you back.

Includes:

• Guided Meditation and crystal bowl sound bath

• Intention setting and journaling

• 1 hour Rebirthing Breathwork experience

• Sharing circle

• Community and collective healing and support

BYO:

• Journal and pen

• Light blanket

• Pillow

• Yoga mat + bolster (available in studio if you don’t have one)

• Crystals or other sacred items you work with
